Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Neylo app and related services. By using Neylo, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use Neylo lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, or to interfere with the service or other people.

Images and content you select

You are responsible for images and other content you select from your device. Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with Neylo.

Availability and features

Neylo may change, improve, or limit features as the product evolves. Neylo does not guarantee a particular visual, creative, or subscription outcome.

Subscriptions and store purchases

Subscriptions are billed through the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play purchase system. Apple or Google manages purchase, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refunds under its own terms.

Neylo uses RevenueCat for subscription entitlement operations and does not process payment-card details.

Suspension and changes

Neylo may suspend, limit, or terminate access for misuse or unlawful use. Neylo may update these terms; material updates will be posted here with an updated effective date.
